Teachers in Kenya are underpaid, yet continue to educate because of a passion or dare I say "calling'' to do so.  Can you help support a teacher by paying their salary for a year?  For a month, or few months?  Even a week helps tremendously!

If you cannot financially give, perhaps you can write a note of appreciation and/or encouragement to them.  You can address your letter to Teachers at Abundant Grace Academy.  If you would like to write to a teacher in a specific grade or subject, you can do that as well.

A  typical day for a teacher can begin as early as 7:30 am  with students arriving at 8am.   The school day does not end until 4pm, when many teachers stay after school to play games with their students and give extra help in academic areas.
